How Does The Audition Process Work. Once you pass the first round of audition, you can have a chance to become a ENE trainee after processing additional rounds of audition.

How Long Does It Take For Getting Results. Approximately take between 2 - 4 weeks. We will contact those who passed individually by email or phone call.

Do I Have To Speak Korean. You can apply for the audition regardless of whether you speak Korean or not.

Can I attach a video taken using instrumental version(karaoke version) or microphone? You can use instrumental version(karaoke version), but please control the volume so that we can hear your voice well. Please refrain from using the microphone as a recording program because it may modify your voice.

Is there any nationality or ethnicity limitation in the audition? no nationality or ethnicity limitation. Everyone is free to apply for the audition.

Language is a part of judgement? No, what language you speak don’t give any influence to the judgement.

When I Sing, Can I Use Any Musical Instrument? Yes, you can. But please make sure that if your voice is hard to distinguish from the sound of musical instrument, it is difficult to evaluate. When you apply audition, please write down your specialty such as playing instruments or songwriting.

 Eligibility Criteria

 

          Age: Open to individuals born between 2004 and 2014.

  • Gender and Nationality: No restrictions; all genders and nationalities are welcome.

Audition Categories

Applicants can showcase their talents in one or more of the following areas:

  • Vocal: Perform a song that highlights your vocal abilities.

  • Rap: Deliver a rap performance to demonstrate your skills.

  • Dance: Present a dance routine that showcases your technique and style.

  • Other Talents (Looks, Acting, etc.): Showcase your talents in a performance lasting around 1 minute.

Audition Guidelines

  • Song Selection: Choose a song in Korean or English that best showcases your strengths. Ensure the song is appropriate and highlights your vocal range.

  • Dance Performance: Prepare a dance routine that demonstrates your skills and complements your chosen song.

  • Preparation: Select material that highlights your strongest qualities.

Audition Video Requirements

For those submitting video auditions, it’s essential to ensure the quality of your submission to create the best possible impression. Here are the guidelines for your audition video setup:

1. Lighting

  • Good Lighting is Key: Ensure that you have adequate lighting so your face and body are clearly visible.

Background

  • Keep your background simple and clean.

    • Avoid messy or distracting backgrounds that could take attention away from your performance.

    • Ideally, choose a neutral-colored wall or a clear space.

    • Ensure there’s nothing obstructing or distracting in the background (e.g., furniture, other people, etc.).

Audio Quality

  • Clear Audio: Make sure the sound is clear, especially for vocal, rap, and acting auditions.

    • If you're singing or rapping, test your audio levels before recording.

    • For best results, record in a quiet room free from background noise.

Camera Angle

  • Make sure the camera is positioned at eye level.

    • Full-body shots: For dance and modeling auditions, ensure that the camera captures your full body from head to toe.

    • Close-ups: For vocal and acting auditions, keep the camera focused on your upper body and face.

Dress Code

  • Dress appropriately based on the category you're auditioning for.

    • For dance or modeling auditions, wear something comfortable and that allows free movement.

    • For vocal or rap auditions, dress casually but neat.

Video Length

  • For vocal, rap, or acting auditions, the video should be between 1-2 minutes.

  • For dance and modeling, your video should be between 1-2 minutes.

  • Keep your audition within the time limit for a better impression.

 

Video Quality

  • HD Quality: Record your video in the highest resolution possible, ideally 1080p or at least 720p.

  • Ensure your video is not too dark, blurry, or grainy.
